Force Factor Crap

Force Factor

CRAP!

How is advertising like this allowed?  I’m sick of seeing this ad everytime I open up my email account.

First of all there is no way this guy weighs 170lbs! (Thank you PhotoShop for the bigger muscles and those ripped abs under a skin tight tank top, unless that’s a mess tank – who the hell would wear that?)  If he’s 170, then he would have to be less than 5 feet tall with the amount of muscle he’s carrying up top.  Then again, these crafty people people decided that this guy doesn’t train legs, so he may be taller than 5 feet after all, but not much.   There are people who can bench press 420… fewer who can do it RAW, and even fewer who can do it weighing 170.  I know of 2 powerlifters who have done it RAW (no assistance from bench shirts).  This ad is implying to me that this guy can bench it RAW.

No truth in advertising here.  Check out reviews on this supplement and you will find a lot of complaints.  It may work for some, but won’t get you looking like this guy to the left or benching 420 anytime soon!  And if you decide to get a free month trial, be prepared to receive another month of Force Factor 30 days later for $50 or so because they put you on autoship.  Truth in advertisng?  Not with this company.  I would stay away from this crap!

Bank of America… Gone!

Here we go, first on the list… Bank of America.  When I first opened my accounts there 6-7 years ago, there were no fees as long as I transferred $25/month from my checking to my savings.  No big deal, no fee was involved.  Fast forward to today, I have a maintenance fee of $12/month and I’m still making the transfer from checking to savings.  Then they were going to add a monthly debit card fee, which got me to start the process of transferring to another bank until they decided it wasn’t a good idea.  Really?  Today I called to have a replacement card sent out since my magnetic strip doesn’t work so great, and I’m told I’ll be charged $5 for a new card!!  WTF?  That card probably costs them $0.05 to make and I’m getting charged $5 for a new card.  That’s ridiculous.  Gone are the days of customer service without having a fee for every little thing along the way.  I could be doing the same to my customers… start charging for the receipts I write out for them, a nickel or dime for every business card that I’m asked for, another dollar to submit a form online, etc.   Get a grip BoA, you’re going to be losing more customers when this gets read and when I start telling every single person I run into in my business.  See ya!
